🚑 Every Second Counts 🚒

In an emergency, clear and visible house numbers can make a huge difference. Police, fire, ambulance crews, and utility workers rely on house numbers to quickly locate homes and businesses.

If your address is difficult to see from the street, it could delay emergency response time when every second matters.

Take a quick look from the road:
Are your numbers easy to read? Visible during the day AND at night? Covered by trees, decorations, or seasonal items?

A small update could make a big difference.

This event has always been about community, tradition, and making memories together — and we’re thankful for everyone who has helped make Cobblestone Days special over the years. We’re excited to continue that tradition with another great weekend planned for our town!

Wow, these are some good looking steaks. The Cut Meat Market has always been a great supporter of the sanborn fire department, be sure to stop in and get loaded up for all those summer backyard grill outs.

Tomorrow is the day! Meet firefighters, ambulance team and police officers! Enjoy inflatable fun, face painting and caricatures! Bring your friends! Open to the public and no cost to attend! Lunch served by firefighters, and free will donation. All ages invited to come out and support our EMS!

Sunday (4/19) we got the opportunity to do some training on a house burn in sheldon. We got to work on ventilation, serch and rescue, forcible entry among other things. It was a great training excersise and we appreciate Sheldon Fire Co. for the invite.

Tonight we had the privilege of celebrating Scott Vogelaar's retirement from the Sanborn Fire Department. Scott dedicated 33 years to the department and we thank him for his service.
