What a difference a week makes.
We started this commercial job in Plaistow, NH last week for SGI Group.
Trees cut, erosion control installed, stumps pulled and hauled out, loam stripped back and hauled out, several existing dry wells and septic tanks removed, 2300sf addition dug, small room on rear of building demolished.
Back in a few days to backfill the foundation.

We had another productive week this week.

Dug a garage in Hampstead, NH
Dug an addition in Windham, NH
Installed a septic system in Fremont, NH

Still lots of work to do before winter but we’re cranking out the jobs.

Finished up this garage in Epping, NH today for SGI Group.
From start to finish was less than a week, including the long holiday weekend.

Busy week this week and it’s only Thursday.
Finished grading the inside of the Fremont, NH foundation for Tucker McCarthy.

Demolished a deck and dug a garage in Epping, NH for SGI Group.
Footings were poured when I came back with the trailer.

Then finishing off the week in Concord,NH removing asphalt, sod and loam then prepping for a large patio for Roberto.

Waiting on underground plumbing inspection then framing can start next week.

Today we had to do some hammering on a massive rock that was in the way of the new foundation in Fremont, NH.
Foundation starts on Friday.

We have a lot going on this week. But that’s never a bad thing.
Started a new house lot in Fremont for McCarthy, spread loam and graveled the driveway in Haverhill, MA for SGI Group, and the basement floor was poured today in Newton, NH by the best in the business Hans Nicolaisen NK Farmer.
Don’t judge my drone flying skills it was the first time.
