Living in Trinidad has taught many of us how to be resourceful but resourcefulness alone should not be the ceiling.

If you are tired of feeling restricted by foreign-exchange challenges, carrying every dream on one income, or wondering how to turn your skills into opportunities that extend beyond our borders, this conversation is for you.

I will be sharing practical perspectives for the woman with vision - the entrepreneur, the beauty professional, the service provider and the ambitious employee - who knows she has more inside her than one location can contain.

Geography Isn’t Your Ceiling is not just an event. It is a room for expansion, strategy, connection and possibility.

Join me this Saturday, September 19 | 5 PM–9 PM
Healing With Love Resort, Palmiste, Trinidad.

Your geography is not your ceiling. But you must be willing to build beyond it.

SUNDAYS FOR ME. 🫶🏽

A summary of everything I’ve been saying lately. And because I’m ME 😂, I have to justify it all with the Bible - to make sure that while I’m living, building, resting and having FUN, I’m still aligned with God and His Word.

1. FELLOWSHIP + RELATIONSHIP.
Go to church, absolutely. But don’t become a ritualistic church-goer who doesn’t genuinely KNOW Jesus.
📖 Philippians 3:8 | Hebrews 10:24–25

2. SET GOALS + PLAN.
Set the goal. Make the plan. Do the work. Submit it to God and let Him direct your steps.
📖 Proverbs 21:5 | Luke 14:28

3. BALANCE LIFE.
There is a season for everything. More work and more accomplishments aren’t worth sacrificing peace.
📖 Ecclesiastes 3:1 | 4:6

4. POUR INTO HOME + MARRIAGE. ❤️
I pour into others all week. I refuse to give everyone my best and leave my home with the leftovers.
📖 Proverbs 14:1 | 1 Corinthians 7:3

5. CARE FOR MY BODY. 🌱
Eat more of what God created. Nourish and steward the body He gave me.
📖 Genesis 1:29 | 1 Corinthians 6:19–20

6. ENJOY—WITH SELF-CONTROL. 🍷😂
I refrain from hard liquor but absolutely enjoy some wines! God’s gifts can be enjoyed without allowing them to master me.
📖 Ecclesiastes 9:7 | 1 Timothy 5:23

7. REEVALUATE MY SCHEDULE.
Busy doesn’t automatically mean fruitful. Every good opportunity isn’t automatically a God assignment.
📖 Ephesians 5:15–16 | Psalm 90:12

8. LIVE TODAY. ☀️
Plan for tomorrow without LIVING in tomorrow. I will not allow tomorrow’s stress to consume today’s goodness.
📖 Matthew 6:34 | Psalm 118:24

That’s Sundays for me:
Work hard without worshipping work. Pour into others without neglecting home. Care for my body. Enjoy God’s gifts without being controlled by them. Know Jesus, not just religion. And receive TODAY as the day God has actually given me.

I pray your Sundays become more meaningful too. 🫶🏽😊

P.s- I wanted to add the scripture verses but it made my caption too long, so I challenge you to go look for yourself in your Bible! 🙃 (or google).

Sometimes what feels like a confidence problem…

is actually an alignment problem.

You’ve mastered your career.
Built the business.
Shown up for everyone else.

But deep down, you know there’s another version of you waiting to emerge.

The woman whose healing matches her ambition.
Whose image reflects her excellence.
Whose presence commands the room before she speaks.
Whose visibility is rooted in authenticity...not performance.

That’s why CHIIC exists.

Not as a salon.
Not as another beauty brand.

But as a luxury transformation ecosystem where beauty, healing, image, influence and lifestyle come together.

Because when every part of a woman is aligned…

she doesn’t just look different.

She moves differently.
She leads differently.
She lives differently.

The woman you are becoming deserves every part of you to be aligned.

Welcome to CHIIC.

Not every trauma response looks like panic.

Sometimes it looks like silence.

The freeze response is one of the most overlooked trauma responses because from the outside, it can look like you’re calm, easygoing, or simply “keeping the peace.”

But internally?

You’re overthinking.
You’re avoiding difficult conversations.
You’re struggling to advocate for yourself.
You’re staying in environments that no longer serve you.
You’re watching opportunities pass by because speaking up feels unsafe.

In the workplace, the freeze response can quietly sabotage promotions, leadership opportunities, salary negotiations, visibility, and career growth.

In your personal life, it can keep you stuck in unhealthy relationship dynamics, people-pleasing patterns, resentment, and emotional disconnection.

The truth is, many women don’t lack confidence, competence, or capability.

They simply learned that being seen, heard, or taking up space wasn’t safe.

Healing isn’t just about feeling better.

It’s about reclaiming your voice, your power, and your ability to move forward with clarity and conviction.

✨ If you’re ready to elevate your career, increase your visibility, and position yourself for your next level, DM CLIMB.

✨ If you’re not quite sure where to begin but you know you’re ready to become a higher, healthier, wealthier, more confident version of yourself, DM TRANSFORM.

You don’t always need another certification.

You don’t always need another degree.

And you certainly don’t always need to work harder.

Sometimes, the next level requires better positioning.

The truth is that opportunities often go to those who are seen, remembered, trusted, and respected.

Your image speaks before you do.
Your personal brand influences what people say when you’re not in the room.
Your emotional intelligence determines how effectively you lead, communicate, and navigate challenges.

That’s why we created The Career Climbing Cache™.

A private consulting experience designed to help ambitious women strengthen their:

✨ Image & Presence
✨ Personal Branding & Visibility
✨ Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Capacity

Through three private sessions with three specialists, we’ll help you position yourself for greater influence, opportunities, confidence, and career success.

Whether you’re a professional, executive, consultant, entrepreneur, sales professional, or business owner, this experience was designed to help you become more visible, valuable, and impactful in the space you’re already in.

Here’s the truth! Not everyone wants to become a “baddie.” It’s not about chasing a trend - it’s about choosing yourself.

We’re not here to convince anyone that cosmetic surgery is the “right” choice. We’re here for the women who already know it’s THEIR choice.

Maybe you just want to feel like yourself again - to get back the body you had before motherhood reshaped everything.

Maybe you’ve spent years pouring every ounce of time and energy into your career, your family, the life you built — and now it’s finally your turn. You don’t have time to start from scratch. You need a jump start, something to help you turn the page and actually follow through on the change you’ve been promising yourself.

That’s not vanity. That’s a woman finally choosing herself, without apology.

If that’s you -we see you, we welcome you, and we’ve got you. CHIIC’s cosmetic surgery packages are designed for exactly this moment.

Everyone sees the image. Few people are willing to do the inner work.

At CHIIC, we focus on image because image creates immediate impact. It’s often the first thing people notice and one of the fastest ways to increase confidence, presence, and opportunities.

But we don’t stop there.

We believe true transformation happens when the outer glow meets inner growth.

That’s why we have the tough conversations. We work on identity. We work on confidence. We work on healing. We work on discipline. We work on your relationship with God. We work on the habits, beliefs, and mindset that shape the quality of your life.

Because becoming the woman you desire to be isn’t just about looking better.

It’s about becoming healthier.
It’s about becoming wealthier.
It’s about becoming more emotionally intelligent.
It’s about becoming more spiritually grounded.
It’s about becoming more attractive from the inside out.

At CHIIC, we’re not interested in temporary transformations.

We’re committed to helping women become the highest, healthiest, wealthiest, and sexiest version of themselves - in image, identity, lifestyle, and income.

Because when the inside and outside align, everything changes.

03/06/2026

The truth is… image matters.

Not because it determines your worth.

Not because beauty is everything.

But because image is the very first thing people experience before they ever get the opportunity to know your heart, your character, your values, or your story.

At CHIIC, we place significant emphasis on image because it creates immediate impact.

A new hairstyle.
A polished wardrobe.
A healthier physique.
A more intentional presence.

These things can instantly shift how you feel about yourself and how you show up in the world.

But here’s where many people get it wrong…

Image is not the destination.

It is simply one part of the transformation.

The inner work- healing, confidence, emotional intelligence, self-worth, faith, discipline, and personal growth- is equally important.
The difference is that inner transformation takes time. It requires reflection, consistency, and often a great deal of courage.

It is not an overnight process.

So while you’re becoming the woman you’re called to be internally, there is absolutely nothing wrong with allowing your external image to reflect the level of intention, excellence, and self-respect you’re cultivating within.

We believe in doing both simultaneously.

Transform the image.
Transform the mind.
Transform the habits.
Transform the heart.

Because true elevation happens when who you are on the inside and what you present on the outside finally align.

✨ That’s the CHIIC way.
