Spent the afternoon with the Restoration Association of Florida at Kanner & Pintaluga's beautiful new Boca Raton office for a lunch and learn.

The room was full of contractors, roofers, restoration companies, property managers and building consultants. Good people who show up after the storm and do the hard work. Serving on the RAF board, this is the room I care most about.

Our part of the conversation was simple. When a condo, HOA or commercial building takes a hit from hurricane, hail, fire or a plumbing loss, the claim process is where most of the money gets lost. Not on the roof. Not in the field. In the paperwork.

I spent years on the carrier side. I know how these files get evaluated, where scope gets trimmed, and what a policy actually owes. Now I use that for the property owner.

That is how Coyne Commercial Group works with contractors across Florida. You do the work. We handle the claim. The building gets made whole.
