Big thank you to the My Sanford Herald and Lesley Keays for featuring Entrepreneurs Anonymous in this week’s paper.

When I started this monthly meetup, the goal was simple: create a real space for entrepreneurs and small business owners to talk honestly about what is working, what is hard, and what we are all trying to figure out along the way.

No pitch decks. No performative networking. No pretending everything is perfect.

Just open conversation, shared perspective, and a reminder that entrepreneurship can feel lonely, but it does not have to be done alone.

The article captured the heart of what we are building so well: a space shaped by the needs of the room, where attendees can vent, ask for help, offer feedback, and leave with a little more clarity than they came in with.

Grateful for the opportunity to speak at this month’s Seminole County Business Alliance Lunch & Learn and share a little more about the heart behind Hollerbach with Purpose. 💜

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned through hospitality, consulting, nonprofit work, and community leadership is this:

People don’t just need services.
They need connection.
They need support.
They need someone willing to help bridge the gap between big ideas and real-life challenges.

That’s the work I care deeply about.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to listen, connect, and continue the conversation afterward. Seminole County is filled with people doing meaningful work, and I truly believe our communities grow stronger when we stop building alone and start building together.

Entrepreneurs Anonymous: Free Monthly Meetup for Small Business Owners is back tomorrow… and after our first meeting, I can confidently say this is something special.

We had a small group for our inaugural session, but what came out of that room was anything but small. Different industries, different stages of business… and somehow, the same challenges showed up across the board.

Marketing overwhelm. Revenue pressure. Wearing too many hats. Trying to figure it all out while making it look like you already have.

That’s exactly why this space exists.

This month, we’re leaning into a theme that kept surfacing last time:
Why everything feels like too much… and how to actually focus on what matters.

Purpose in Practice: A Reflection for the End of the Year

As we get close to the end of the year, I’ve been talking with a lot of people about what they want more of in 2026. The answers are always different, but the themes are surprisingly similar.

People want clarity.
People want direction.
People want to feel like their effort is actually building something that matters.

The turning point is usually not a dramatic change. It’s one honest moment where you ask yourself what you really want and what you’re ready to let go of. From there, everything starts to come into focus.

If you’re thinking about your own next chapter, here are a few questions that can help spark that clarity:
• What felt heavy this year, and why?
• What brought you energy that you want more of?
• What would you build if you weren’t afraid you might fail?

I love helping people explore these conversations because clarity doesn’t just appear. It comes from giving yourself space to think and permission to imagine something better.

Starting this firm is the result of a lot of reflection. When I look back on the moments in my career that brought me the most fulfillment, they all share a common thread: helping others achieve their own successes, diving into new projects, and solving problems that matter.

That work has never been about me alone. It has always been about lifting others, creating opportunities, and finding ways to make ideas real. The more I leaned into those experiences, the more I realized that’s where I want to spend my time and energy.
