If you are constricting internally by feeling anger, frustration, anxiety, fear, your outer world will reflect that. It will constrict also.
If you are feeling expansive internally, then your outer world will reflect that. Feeling love, peace, joy will create magic in your life.
So the question becomes, how do I change my state if I’m feeling bad?
Scientists once thought the brain stopped changing after childhood, but research shows it remains adaptable into adulthood and old age.
Neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain and nervous system to change, adapt, and reorganize its structure and connections throughout life.
Here’s how to do it.
✅ First: Observe.
Observe how you feel at all times. Become aware of how your current state is making you feel. This is actually the trickiest one. Because many humans are not aware of how they actually feel, they are just IN it and not observing themselves and the destructive loops and patterns that they are in.
✅ Second: Acknowledge and Stop the thought.
When you’re in a negative loop and you become aware of it. Put your hand up and say Stop. This signals to the brain to stop the loop or pattern. If you’re around other people you can just do this silently in your head.
✅ Third: Take Decisive Action, Interrupt the Pattern, and Write Over It With a New Thought
Immediately look for what you’re grateful for. Connect with something from the natural world, plants, animals, earth, and in that moment deliberately think of the new thought pattern that is helpful or positive.
My favorite is to constantly say "I'm having a great day" or the night before I'll say "I'm going to have a great day tomorrow." It totally works.
