A little surprise goes a long way!

For World Gratitude Day, our Arosa Central Coast team surprised some of our incredible caregivers right in the middle of their shifts with lunch and a few Arosa goodies.

They had no idea we were coming, which made the reactions even better! It was also special for our clients to be part of the moment and see their caregivers celebrated for the work they do every day.

Great food, happy surprises, and a very well-deserved thank you to our caregivers. We appreciate you! 💙

Our team connected with local older adults for an educational in-service with Liz Saghi, CFP, Wealth Advisor with Avalan Wealth Management, followed by a Lunch & Learn with VNA Health.

Building strong relationships with local professionals helps us better connect older adults and families with the right resources when they need them.

Supporting those who care for others is SO important!!

Our Central Coast team recently welcomed Krista Vorse, Life Coach and Death Doula, for an important conversation about grief, loss, and the journey of death and dying.

Caregivers form meaningful bonds with their clients, and losing someone they’ve cared for can be incredibly difficult. We’re grateful to Krista for creating a space for our caregivers to share, reflect, and learn healthy ways to navigate grief.

Caring for our caregivers matters, too. 💙
