Thermador refrigerator leaking water inside? đź’§

We just fixed one with exactly that problem. Water was pooling near the drain pan, and the cause was a clogged defrost drain line.

We opened up the evaporator area, cleared and flushed the drain, and cleaned the condenser coil while we were there to keep it cooling efficiently. After testing, the leak was gone and the fridge was running like new.

If you're seeing water inside your fridge, ice building up at the back, or puddles underneath, a clogged drain line could be the cause. Catching it early prevents bigger water damage.

Went out to a customer with a professional gas range, one burner barely producing a flame. Turned out to be nothing more than grease and food buildup clogging the burner ports. A thorough clean-out and it was firing strong again. Sometimes that's all it takes.

If your burner has a weak flame or takes a few tries to light, don't assume the worst. Might just need some attention.

We recently completed a repair on a Sub-Zero refrigerator where the ice maker stopped working a few days prior to service. The customer noticed the ice maker symbol and service light flashing, along with error codes on the display.

🔍 Problems:
Ice maker not producing ice
Ice maker and service indicators flashing
Error codes displayed
Manual reset did not resolve the issue

After proper diagnostics, we determined the ice maker assembly had failed. A manual reset temporarily cleared the display, but the ice production did not resume.

âś… Solution: We replaced the OEM ice maker assembly, and shortly after installation, the customer began seeing fresh ice again.
