Doing sale prop with a family member who is still grieving….. the blessing we received

On several occasions we are asked to help our clients “finish their home”. Whether it is entry shelves, stairway landings, or bookcases we can take care of that.
We just finished up at this home, we wanted to stay on the Mediterranean side of styling. The staircase is heavy iron but we also wanted to incorporate some greens and of course wood tones.

OK, Morgan and I get called so many things. 99% of the time they’re good. 😄
We did a post talking about how a client called us magicians. The next most common thing we are called are angels.
Angels, do the Lords work. I definitely don’t think we do the Lords work. 🤔When we’re able to accomplish a task that somebody else struggles with and causes them a lot of stress and anxiety in their life, this is usually when we are called angels.
Did you know that a very large percentage of our clients are caregivers themselves ? we have many therapists, doctors, nurses, and teachers as are closest clients/friends.
You can call us magician, angels, miracle, workers, whatever you’d like just don’t forget to call us 😎😄

I think the first picture(which is a home we staged today) speaks volume of how I feel about staging versus not staging. It’s not just about the listing photos. It’s also about the feeling that the buyer gets the moment they walk into a home. In this home, we were able to repurpose the coffee table and side table along with the floating shelves of the homeowners.

Not everyone has a 10,000 square-foot home. But no matter how large or how small our home is it can be very overwhelming and stressful. That’s where we come in, we see the home ahead of time and get a game plan together. We meet with the movers the day of and oversee where everything is placed. We can even extend our services by unpacking AND organizing!
