As of February 2024, Intentional Contracting Inc. earned the prestigious Diamond Certified® award. The Diamond Certified award is presented only to general contractors and other local service companies that rate “highest in quality” in a detailed customer satisfaction study of their customers served during the previous four-year period. Each qualifying company must also pass a license, insurance, complaint status, legal and credit rating (for contractors). To maintain Diamond Certification, American Ratings Corporation conducts ongoing customer satisfaction surveys and checks credentials on a regular basis.

Last year, we hosted, then hired, Kevin who came out of the NBCC Internship program. Kevin has been a great addition to our team- started as a laborer and had been promoted to a project engineer!

Intentional Contracting Inc. is looking to hire carpenters. Must show up on time, be respectful to others, and looking for a long-term career. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute throughout Sonoma and Napa counties, and occasionally the Bay Area.

I/C performs framing, concrete, finish work, fencing, and all aspects of the construction process. Carpenters are expected to have basic skills in these fields, or have an interest to learn.

Compensation is based on experience and skill. Please attach resume/work history to application.
