Where does start?

Most argue it began in the military -- experiencing the challenges, mentorship, and growing responsibilities of service during our formative adult years .

As I sat watching my son's lacrosse practice, it hit me --our formative leadership skills begin with and .

It began when we learn to work as a cohesive unit, collectively following the strongest voice in the room.

When we encounter the first coach to test our strength; challenge our resolve; lift our "net" as it falls.

From these trials, we develop a leaders voice. A voice that supports our teammates. Encouraging one another to push harder. Do better. BE better.

In so doing, we emulate the strongest, soundest voice in the room and understand the value of being held accountable and serving our team.

Big things are happening!

VES Consulting is proud to welcome our newest Anthony J. Peters!

After attending Texas A&M, Anthony commissioned in the United States Marine Corps where he became an F/A-18 Hornet pilot and later became an instructor and training director for Aviation Combat Controllers (JTACs). Anthony is now in the Marine Corps Reserves based out of Los Angeles where he continues to lead and instruct JTAC Specialists.

After completion of active service, Anthony became a commercial airline pilot, flying as a Captain for SkyWest airlines. During this time Anthony completed his MBA at with a concentration in Global Business and a certificate in social, ethical, and environmentally friendly business practices. While in school Anthony also assisted in the creation and development of a startup nonprofit called which focused on assisting distressed small businesses affected by the social upheaval of May and June of 2020.

When not busy, Anthony enjoys cycling, running, swimming, hiking, camping, and exploring the amazing California Central Coast. Anthony is married to his wife of 10 years with two Great Danes.
