I don't understand something. I offer boats that don't use any oil, any fuels. Can go all day creating no pollution, no noise and no cost and there is very little interest in California where fuel is double the price than anywhere else. Here's something interesting:
All of my solar-electric boats have retractable solar roofs moving to about six inches above the boat's sides. It's good to mention as clearance under obstacles to even a specific boat ramp can vary drastically—especially in Florida. With Sarasota In particular, I boated under several smaller bridges, Bird Key canals, and other surprisingly small waterways because of it. Some were surprised seeing a boat raising and lowering the roof, navigating those bridges as easily as it did. Sometimes, a few manatees had even followed us around, the lack of a loud engine failing to scare them away.

Now,
the stark differences between a boat and a solar-electric boat really became black and white after driving around Sarasota Bay for hours
we decided to venture into the Golf. As fun as that was, we forgot to account for the strong outgoing tide. Fighting the current and still about 2-3 miles It took to the boat ramp across the bay our batteries died. It could be big problem for any boat but not Solliner. It was still day time so I just lowered throttle to about 3mh and entered boat ramp under solar power only. "peace of cake"
The most fun we had spending hours driving around the Bay for hours lessening to beautiful music, stopping at nice beaches or dropping small anchor on the shallows and snorkeling or fishing.
No noise, no exhaust, no fuel cost.

Hello Friends,
It seems like some do not understand the goal of our Solar-Electric boats.
A common misconception among many is that all electric boats typically only have a runtime of a couple of hours, if even that.
This could not be further from the truth with us. For example,

The Sunrise 700 with its 468Ah energy storage could be running all day at max throttle. Since the battery is constantly charging, it runs out at a literal snail's pace. Typically, you'd only ever need to be at 75% throttle, so combining that with the consistent charging from the roof, and you've got a practically infinite boat ride. The battery is still capable of taking you quite the distance over the span of hours under the cover of night. Also, during the day, if you were to reduce your speed further and coast along at 3 miles an hour, your battery would actually begin recharge, letting you literally fill your boat on the go.

The frank reality is that the Sunrise 700 is a beautiful, quiet, ergonomic, and powerful investment that'll save you thousands over the long term. Nothing less, nothing more.

Just like to let you know that it is the last moment to order Sunrise 23 to receive it before the Summer.

Sunrise 23 boat is very easy to operate and very economical boat that is solar-electric with very large energy capacity of 450Ah. Boat is fast and powerfully propelled by 10kw electric motor and 5 blade Torqeedo 15v propeller. It easily goes against current and wind. I got a call from one of the customer

" Tad I have been driving the boat at full speed for few hours and now I am returning to the marina and Victron meeter shows 100% battery. Last hour or so I have been driving slow relaxing and I could see a magic of solar-electric boat when fuel tank feels up becouse panels are producing more electric power then the boat is using. I love it."
