A custom 5° wedge treatment plate, designed to reduce tension on the deep digital flexor tendon and relieve pressure at the tip of the coffin bone. The removable treatment lid also provides easy access for treating and monitoring any associated sole puncture wound.

From stall-bound and facing an uncertain future… to comfortable, happy and moving forward.

This sweet pony had suffered a severe founder, and his owners feared they might have to make the heartbreaking decision to put him down.

Farrier Clinton Smith stepped in with a carefully considered trim and Squish Pad application—and the difference has been wonderful to see. These photos and video show a pony who is now much more comfortable and enjoying life again.

Cases like this remind us just how powerful the right hoof-care team, thoughtful trimming and supportive protection can be. Every horse is different, but giving them comfort can give them a fighting chance.

Tiny hooves. Custom solution. Meet Bella.

Bella is a dwarf mini who needed something a little different.

Her farrier had been using old frog support pads, but Bella was putting so much pressure through the tips of her toes that she kept breaking them off.

So Derek got to work.

He designed and 3D printed these tiny custom glue-ons specifically for Bella’s feet — and according to her farrier, they were much simpler to apply too!

This is one of our favorite things about 3D printing in hoof care. Not every hoof fits neatly into an off-the-shelf solution. Sometimes you need to think outside the shoe box.

A fun custom request! This customer asked us to design a set of inserts specifically fitted for her horse’s Scoot Boots.

Tiny feet. BIG platform energy.

We recently had a very special request for this little mini. Her feet are only 2” x 2.5”, and she’s currently recovering from FHO surgery, which left one leg shorter than the other.

She needed some extra height on that side… so we made her a platform shoe.

Her custom shoe was designed specifically for her tiny hoof and the additional height she needs while she recovers.
