AI and automation should support human judgment, not compete with it.
Routine updates, intake confirmations, reminder messages, and basic triage can often be handled consistently by a system.
Exceptions are different.
Negotiation, technical diagnosis, unusual situations, and trust-sensitive decisions still need context and human judgment.
The strongest operating model separates those two categories intentionally.
Automate the repeatable queue.
Escalate the moments that require judgment.
That is how automation creates capacity without removing accountability.
