Here is a little view into results from my advertising. This is a 30 mile radius local ad. $7.69 / lead. This was run for about 100 days. I drummed up a massive amount of business from this one campaign alone.

How often do you second guess yourself and lower your price right before you send someone a quote? You think to yourself "This seems kind of high.." knock a few hundred bucks off (or more) and send the price.

It is much easier to be disciplined and send the price, as is, when you know exactly what it costs to run your business and turn a profit. When you have overhead like a shop, insurance, loans etc.. you can't afford to be giving people deals. You certainly don't get deals by the companies you pay on a monthly basis.
