So excited to finally be able to share the finished product of our new home, starting with the kitchen 🤍 We have put a lot of work into it making it somewhere we can gather around with family and friends to feed our souls…and bellies. 😉

Imposter syndrome. Have you ever felt it? In its definition it says one feels that “despite external evidence of their competence, those experiencing this phenomenon remain convinced that they are frauds, and do not deserve all they have achieved.”

I have thought about doing a workshop for a year now, and have even had other photographers offer to do a joint workshop, and I always said no. As soon as and I sat down and came up with the idea of the Commercial Collective Workshop, I knew this was it. It is unique, jam packed of education, and like nothing that is on the education market...but as soon as we announced it, it hit me. I felt like an imposter. Can I do this? Will people even want to learn from me? What if they don’t feel like they got their money’s worth?

That’s when I stopped and remembered where I was 3 years ago when I started shooting commercial. I felt lost amongst my community. I didn’t know where I belonged, and my passion was depleting...and then I found commercial photography, and I was home. I have put my heart into this workshop, no holding back. I’m going to teach you everything I know...and then some. I feel honored that I am here, and I’m so excited for this new journey.

My love for my clients is out of control! Becoming a part of a team with each of the brands I work with allows me to cater to each one in different ways. When I shoot for a brand it’s not about me, it’s about the company and their goals. From what products they sell, to what they want their images to say, to where they want to be in 5 years! There is no bigger mission I have than to see a company I shoot for flourish into something magical. Let’s do that for you!! 🤍
