Baby!, This happens more than we can expect! Knowing Your Pain Tolerance is key! If you already know that you’re not good with pushing through physical pain you probably should consider adding pain meds to your Birth plan. In doing so you should seek to be informed of all the pros, cons and side effects of those medications. 💗
