BRAND NEW Lake Redstone & Dutch Hollow Lake Boat Dock Pest Control!! Our Boat Dock Pest Control program aims to get rid of spiders, wasps, mud daubers, and all of their surrounding nests, webs, and shelter. When our neighbors asked for us to check out their Boat Dock on Lake Redstone we were shocked to see how many Long-jawed Orb Weaver Spiders were on their Boat Dock. We found through trial and error a method that keeps Spiders and other pests away by removing their egg sacks, removing their webs, and pressure spraying our All Natural Solution to eliminate any remaining pests on the dock. We use an all natural product of essential oils in order to get rid of spiders while protecting the aquatic life in lakes while using the Natural Product helps protect the fish, it only has a residual of about 3-4 weeks. Our Boat Dock Pest Control program serves you by coming out to your dock every 21-25 days by boat and treating your entire dock. Call today at (815)440-8574 to get started!

Thank you for the kind review.

We take pride in showing up consistently, treating the source of the problem instead of the surface, and being the people you can text when something new pops up. That kind of relationship takes years to build and seconds to lose, and we don't take any visit for granted.

Yard treatment and personal repellent are not the same thing doing the same job.

Yard treatment knocks down tick populations where your family spends time every day: the grass, the garden edge, the shaded corner by the fence. Personal repellent protects you when you leave that zone. The campground. The trail. Your neighbor's unmaintained lot.

Most homeowners do one and skip the other. They treat the yard and assume they're covered everywhere. Or they spray themselves before a hike and forget that the backyard is where the exposure actually adds up, day after day, all summer.

Both layers are doing something the other one can't. Neither one is optional.

You mow every week. The open lawn looks fine. Ticks couldn't care less.

They live in the transition zones: leaf litter at the wood line, brush along the fence, tall grass where the yard stops being yard. The mowed center of your lawn is essentially a tick desert. The perimeter is where they wait.

This is why spraying a few weeds with store-bought repellent doesn't help. The habitat is the problem, not the individual pest.

Professional perimeter treatment targets exactly those zones. That's where the pressure is, and that's where treatment makes the difference.

Most people toss travel clothes into the wash first. That's not the fastest way to kill bed bugs.

Bed bugs die at sustained heat above 120 degrees. A hot dryer cycle reaches that temperature faster than a hot wash, which means the dryer is your first stop, not your second. Skip the wash if the clothes can handle it. Run the dryer on high, full cycle, before anything else goes in the hamper.

The other half of the equation: clothes come straight out of the suitcase and into the dryer. The suitcase stays outside or in the garage until you can go through it on a hard surface in good light.

If you find signs of bed bugs after a trip, don't wait.

Wasps are building. Spider webs are filling the eaves. Rodents are scouting before the fall push begins.

The Pest Protection Club covers all of it: quarterly visits, spider-web removal at eaves, wasp nest removal, rodent bait stations, exterior repellents, interior spot treatments, and a full perimeter barrier. If something shows up between visits, we come back free.

Summer is when pest pressure peaks. Skipping this quarter means catching up later, when the problem is already ahead of you.

Before you do anything in a hotel room, put your bag on the metal luggage rack. Not the bed, not the floor, not the upholstered chair. The rack is the one surface bed bugs struggle to climb.

Then pull back the sheets at each corner and along the head-of-bed seam. You're looking for three things: rust-colored smears, tiny dark spots clustered near the stitching, and pale tan shells where the insects molted. You don't need expert eyes. You need thirty seconds and decent lighting.

Most travelers skip that part. The ones who don't sleep a lot better.

Thank you for trusting us with your home.

Some reviews say a lot in a few words, and yours did exactly that. The work we do is mostly invisible when it works, so when a customer takes the time to mention it out loud, we notice.

If you've been thinking about pest service for your own home, this is the kind of follow-through we try to bring.

The morning after a rain, walk your yard before you do anything else.

You're looking for water sitting where it shouldn't: gutters that dammed up, plant saucers, kids' toys, bird baths, the trash can lid left right-side up. Anything holding water for more than 48 hours can produce a full generation of mosquitoes in under ten days.

Empty what you can. Drill drainage holes in what you can't move. Flip the lids.

That single walk, done right, can cut mosquito pressure more than almost anything else you do before guests arrive. The yard prep that works is mostly about sequence and timing, not products.

Most people think about mosquito treatment sometime around July 1. By then, the window for getting service in before the holiday is already closed.

Peak season schedules fill fast. A call made on July 1 does not translate to a treated yard on July 3. The math does not work that way.

If your family is planning to be outside for the holiday, the time to book is now. The booking window for July 4 coverage closes around June 28.

That single hole in the lawn looks like nothing. What's underneath is a 3D tunnel system with one colony inside it.

Homeowners try gasoline, boiling water, foam down the opening. Each one fails for a specific reason. Gasoline triggers an immediate, aggressive defense response before it can do any damage. Boiling water cools before it reaches the chamber where the colony actually lives. Foam into the entrance misses the side tunnels that branch off at angles underground.

The exit is one hole. The nest is not.

A June colony carries a few hundred workers. Leave it until August and that same hole is protecting a few thousand. Ground nests are one pest problem where waiting always makes it worse.
