For years, I worked in manufacturing leadership, managing large teams, production demands, and the daily reality of keeping people safe while keeping operations moving.
I saw firsthand how hard leaders work to balance productivity, compliance, and the responsibility of protecting their people. I also saw that safety training often becomes something companies “have to do” instead of something that truly helps supervisors and employees work better and safer.
That’s what led me to start Kuyava Consulting LLC.
I started this business to bring practical, real-world safety training to organizations that need more than a generic presentation. My goal is to help companies build safer workplaces through training that is clear, engaging, and relevant to the work their people actually do.
Because my background is in manufacturing leadership, I understand the pressures operations teams face. I know safety has to work in the real world, not just on paper. That perspective allows me to connect with leaders, supervisors, and employees in a way that builds trust and drives action.
Today, through Kuyava Consulting LLC, I offer OSHA and safety-related training designed to strengthen safety culture, reduce risk, and support organizations in protecting both their people and their operations.
