🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Meet Adam🌟
Adam’s journey with The Wash Tub started when he was just 16 years old, working as a vacuumer at our DeZavala location. At 18, he became a Service Advisor, later moved into the role of Service Advisor Trainer, and about three years ago, became a Sales Manager!
After growing up with The Wash Tub, Adam says one of the best parts of working here is the family feel. ❤️
“It’s not just because we’re family-owned—it’s the people I work for and with. Many of us have worked together for a long time, and those relationships have only grown stronger. When you truly enjoy the people you work with, the job becomes fun, the bad days aren’t as bad, and celebrating the good days is what it’s all about.”
Adam’s best advice? “Don’t get too high on the highs or too low on the lows. You have to have a short memory.” 🙌
When he’s not at work, Adam enjoys spending time with his kids—looking for cool rocks at the river with his daughter and playing disc golf with his son.
And one fun fact about Adam? He’s a big science fiction nerd and a huge Star Trek fan! 🖖🚀
