I just want to see you be brave..... and choose what happens next!

A woman of many titles, but here’s the highlight reel:

Hope Creator & Happiness Architect — creating magical moments and possibility.

Creative Wellness Advocate — making healing look and feel like an art form.

Stress Slayer — taking on high cortisol, one deep, heart-focused breath at a time.

Grief Warrior — holding tender space for the heavy stuff, because we don’t bypass real life here.

In short? I help you bridge the gap between a dysregulated mind and a deeply rooted soul. It’s science meets somatic magic with a side of total authenticity—because when your nervous system is regulated, literally anything is possible.

Which version of me do you need in your corner today? 👇

I created Happy Hope Wellness because the very heart and story behind my business grew from the profound loss of my own children and pregnancies.

Today, on Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day, that mission feels especially close to my heart. Grief and trauma can feel isolating, and finding ways to process those heavy emotions can be overwhelming. That is why I wanted to offer anyone navigating grief or trauma a gentle, creative pathways to help them express their stories and find meaningful ways to heal.

Tonight, we held a beautiful remembrance event to honor the sweet little ones who have gone before us and to provide a space of comfort, community, and hope.

To anyone carrying a quiet sorrow today: you are not alone, your love matters, and your little ones are always remembered. 🕊️💛

In honor of my Joshua, Noah and LC, you will be forever in my heart.

Join me next week at the Schertz Public Library for Forever in Our Hearts Remembrance, a gentle, supportive creative space for anyone grieving the loss of a baby or child.

Whether your loss was through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant or child loss, you are welcome here. We’ll take some time to remember, reflect, and create a meaningful piece of art or a remembrance craft in honor of your little one.

Some little ones leave footprints on our hearts that last forever. 🤍 As a bereaved mother myself I know the ache of loss and the desire to acknowledge and honor the memory of your child.

There is no timeline for grief, and there is no right or wrong way to remember. This is simply a space to honor the love that remains.

October 15th • 6:00pm
Schertz Public Library

Open to anyone grieving the loss of a child. 🤍

Yesterday I had a table at the New Braunfels Utilities employee health and wellness event. Love opportunities to share my business and nervous system regulation work! Thanks to my amazing helper for manning the table! A full crowd and lots of good vibes!

Sound Science: Did you know that breakthrough neuroscience studies using EEG technology show that sound healing can transform your brain activity in a matter of minutes? When exposed to the frequencies produced by crystal singing bowls, gongs, and sound wellness instruments, your brainwaves naturally shift from an anxious, alert state (Beta waves) into a deeply relaxed, meditative state (Alpha and Theta waves).

This process immediately activates your parasympathetic nervous system (your body’s "rest-and-digest" mode)—slowing your heart rate, reducing cortisol stress hormones, and physically giving your nervous system a chance to recalibrate.
