Meet Our Onboarding Team! đź’™Whether you're a new client starting home care, or a new caregiver starting a new caregiving job, there are often a lot of questions and moving pieces. Thankfully, Nikky and Lailoni are here to make that process easier!

AmanaCare is incredibly blessed to have two team members dedicated specifically to onboarding our clients and caregivers. While our entire team plays a role, Nikky and Lailoni have the processes in place to help new clients get their care started and new caregivers get ready to work.

From her experience as a teacher and service coordinator to her volunteer work with The Arc of Buffalo County and Kearney Therapeutic Horseback Riding, she's passionate about people.

A proud Nebraska native (and proud aunt!), Chelsea is known for her thoughtful acts of service and commitment to helping both our clients and our team succeed. When she's not keeping us organized and compliant, you can probably find her enjoying a cup of coffee or (her favorite snack) chips and dip.
