California has passed Assembly Bill 5 which will classify many workers in the "gig economy" as employees instead of independent contractors, namely Uber and Lyft drivers.

Anyone care to take a guess at how long after that law goes into effect (January 1, 2020), that both Uber and Lyft cease operations in California?

My guess is on January 1, 2020.
