Over the last 18 years as a coach, I’ve worked with employees, managers, executives, independent business owners and professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries. Whether my clients are working on individual or organizational goals, what I’ve noticed is that there is a defining moment that precedes success. It involves the raising of a standard and the decision not to settle. Articulating
this powerfully results in clarity on how to move forward.
