Some nice moves here being made by Mayor Vaz and the Borough of Seaside Heights to flip the script on the future of the town.

Our shore points require more substantial, consistent, and long term investment. Converting these properties to more productive assets from a tax perspective makes all the sense in the world. It's a great start.

Moving forward, Seaside will need to continue to diversify the mix of housing types that are available, including addressing affordability.

Once known as a party town, Seaside Heights has been working toward redeveloping itself.
