Last month’s SistahBoss Power Hour: Bossing Up Without Burning Out was exactly the kind of real-talk reset we need more of!

Thank you to every woman who showed up and poured into the space. Together, we unpacked the pressure to always “Boss Up” and explored the 4 key shifts from the Boss Up Blueprint designed to help us lead, grow, and succeed without sacrificing ourselves in the process.

The workshop was full of insight, connection, and a boost of shared sisterhood that still has us energized.

We’re excited to launch our first SistahBoss Power Hour, a virtual leadership workshop series designed to bring real conversations, practical tools, and meaningful connection to Black women leaders navigating full lives and big responsibilities.

Our inaugural topic:
Bossing Up Without Burning Out

Together we’ll talk honestly about leadership burnout, why so many high-achieving Black women experience it, and strategies for leading with clarity, boundaries, and sustainability.

You’ll leave with one practical Power Move you can put into action right away.
