We are looking for janitorial subcontractors for two active federal contracts closing this week.

We are a certified SDVOSB / WOSB prime contractor. We handle all federal paperwork, compliance, and reporting — you focus on the cleaning.

📍 Newport, WA (Pend Oreille County)
USDA Forest Service — Newport Ranger Station
• ~6,767 SF across two office buildings
• 2x per week evening/overnight cleaning
• Semi-annual window & floor cleaning
• Annual deep clean + carpet shampooing
• Base year + up to 4 option years
• SCA covered — Pend Oreille County, WA wage rates apply

📍 New Kensington, PA (Westmoreland County)
U.S. Army Reserve Center
• ~5,208 SF across two buildings
• Weekly restroom cleaning, trash removal, supply restocking
• Monthly floor buffing, mat cleaning, shower rooms
• Annual deep clean, carpet shampooing, floor waxing
• Monday–Friday, 8AM–4:30PM only
• Base year + up to 4 option years
• SCA covered — Westmoreland County, PA wage rates apply

We partner with one subcontractor per location and are looking for companies ready to grow with us long term. These are not one-off jobs — this is up to five years of consistent federal work per location.
