Love beading day in the craft room! Time to bedangle some little knitted bags with beads!! So much fun to have a day at home with my amazing mother just being creative! 😍🧶📿. The goal is not more rules for the sake of rules. The goal is a business that can operate with more clarity and less dependence on the owner.

Your team's behavior is the system.

If the procedure exists but no one uses it consistently, look beyond documentation.

Was the team involved?
Was it trained?
Is there one owner?
Does everyone know what 'done' means?

Build procedures people can actually execute.
