As a therapist, her career has focused on helping individuals, couples or athletes successfully navigate major life transitions: the death of a loved one, recovery from early childhood trauma or recovery from physical injuries which make them reevaluate their future. As a peak performance coach, her focus is on training athletes and business executives to sharpen their minds and improve their mind
s to improve their results. Coming out of a very serious and intense 20+ years, Susan started looking for her own answers on how to shake off stress and refocus. Experimenting with many different systems, she realized that, although Chocolate will always be her drug of choice, after a good laugh she not only felt relaxed but incredibly creative. Chocolate is great, but no one ever said she looked younger after indulging in it, but that happens all the time after a good laugh. Now she fuses laughter exercises with the mental exercises used by peak performers in sports or business. The result is that her clients become adept at staying focused, relaxed and creative amid very stress filled lives.
