Most companies are still treating AI like an add-on.

A chatbot here.
A copilot there.
A summarizer.
A recommendation engine.
A workflow assistant.

Useful? Absolutely.

But that is not the same as transformation.

The bigger opportunity is to rethink how work itself should move through the company now that intelligence can participate in the workflow.

That changes the question from:

ā€œWhich AI tool should we buy?ā€

to:

ā€œHow should this process work if intelligence can understand, retrieve, coordinate, analyze and execute parts of it?ā€

That is a very different conversation.

One is about procurement.

The other is about business architecture.

And importantly, this does not mean removing people from the equation.

It means redesigning the organization so humans spend more time on judgment, relationships, strategy, creativity, accountability and high-consequence decisions, while machines take on more of the repetition, retrieval, coordination and clearly bounded ex*****on.

The future of enterprise AI is not ā€œput a chatbot everywhere.ā€

It is building intelligent systems deeply into the way the business actually operates.

Because AI becomes far more valuable when it stops being a featureā€¦

and starts becoming part of how work gets done.
