I am a HUGE fan of people sharing feedback, and whenever possible, not anonymously. If you don't have a culture that allows honest, direct feedback, start to change that by providing positive and constructive feedback regularly with your team, your manager, and the larger organization.

Some companies are shunning remote work, which is certainly their prerogative. However, I would argue that preventing remote work speaks more to the company's ability to manage people than an actual deficiency in the work from those types of employees. I'm a huge fan of Trello in general and I think their guide for remote work is spot on (having worked remote full-time for a few years). Check the guide out!
