As we step into the inspiring month of February, we're thrilled to showcase our 2024 annual Black Story and Heritage Month Spotlight Celebration, a dynamic initiative rooted in our longstanding commitment to equity, inclusivity, and diversity.
At A.L.A. Consulting Firm, we believe in fostering environments through our A.L.A. Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity+Justice (EID+J) Division framework of development where everyone is not only welcomed in an aligned grounded reality of creating space for others without damaging another group who are facing barriers but celebrated, creating a work family where diversity is not just a checkbox but the heart of our collective strength to bring life to the workforce and to the clients each organization touch with their services.

Our life organization has embarked on a profound journey to champion equity for all. Also, barriers are faced when we are not in alignment with showing up as our whole healthy selves.
This month, we extend an open invitation to celebrate the richness of Black Story and Heritage, acknowledging every aspect—the good, the bad, and the ugly.
