Today I celebrate another trip around the sun. 🦁 šŸŒž
More than anything today I celebrate the woman I’ve become through it all.

The heartbreaks.
The adventures.
The risks.
The lessons.
The love.
The people and experiences who’ve shaped me.
The dreams that came true… and the ones that changed along the way.

Every chapter has led me here, including the one where I birthed my angel baby son, Ahraya. Mommy and Daddy miss you so much baby boy. You would have been 4 this year.

I’m endlessly grateful for the privilege of being alive, for the work I get to do, the people I get to love, the places I get to call home, and the opportunity to wake up every day and live a life that feels deeply aligned.

Here’s to Leo season. 🦁✨

Here’s to celebrating Stephanie, me, the girl I love when I look in the mirror.

And here’s to all the beautiful years, surprises, and adventures still waiting to unfold. I have a feeling the best is still ahead.

In 2021, I made the decision to move my 93-year-old grandma into my home instead of having her spend the end of her life in an assisted living facility.

Some people thought I was crazy.

They wondered how I would care for her. How I would run my business. How I would handle everything.

But they didn’t know what she meant to me.

My grandma was my safe place growing up.

When life felt chaotic…
When my heart was hurting…
When I felt alone…

She was always there, so when it was her turn to need someone… I never questioned whether I would show up.

Love isn’t always glamorous.

Sometimes it looks like changing diapers in the middle of the night. Sometimes it looks like cleaning up after someone who’s embarrassed. Sometimes it looks like holding the hand of the person who once held yours.

To me, that’s spirituality.

Not escaping life, but fully participating in it. Not worrying about what other people think, but choosing love anyway.

Grandma, thank you for trusting me with your final chapter.

It was one of the greatest honors of my life. I would choose you over and over again.

I love you, Ethel Mae. Thank you for choosing me to be part of your lineage. I carry that gift with deep reverence every single day.

People ask me all the time what I do for fun. Honestly?

This.

I love dreaming up ideas.
Building businesses. Helping people build businesses.
Creating experiences that change people’s lives.
Watching something that started as a vision become reality.

Fifteen years ago, I walked away from corporate (ahem the pharmaceutical industry *cough cough*) because I wanted the freedom to build a life that actually felt like mine.

I’ve been working for myself ever since.

Has it always been easy? Not even close.

But I’ve never once wished I had stayed where I was.

When you build something that’s aligned with who you are, it stops feeling like you’re constantly trying to escape your work.

It becomes part of the life you’ve intentionally created, and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to build a life that’s more aligned with who you really are, DM me ā€œRESET.ā€ I’d love to help you discover what that could look like.

One of my favorite notifications?

STOP.

Every time someone unsubscribes or replies ā€œSTOPā€ to one of my messages, I genuinely celebrate.

Not because I don’t care.

Because I believe life is constantly trying to organize itself into greater alignment.

The more we hold onto what’s no longer meant for us, whether it’s people, beliefs, relationships, emotions, old stories, or opportunities that have run their course, the less space we create for what truly belongs.

It’s not just about attracting more.

It’s about clearing what no longer fits so something even more aligned has room to enter.

It’s the same work I do with my coaching clients.

We clear old patterns.
We process emotions that have been stored for years.
We regulate the nervous system.
We release limiting beliefs.
We let go of identities we’ve outgrown.

And over and over again, I watch people create lives they couldn’t have imagined when they were still holding onto what was weighing them down.

I don’t believe we’re meant to spend our lives chasing.

I believe we’re meant to become so aligned with who we truly are that what belongs naturally begins to find us.

Sometimes abundance doesn’t arrive because you worked harder. Sometimes it arrives because you finally made space for it.

✨ If you’re ready to clear what’s no longer serving you and step into what’s waiting on the other side, DM me ā€œRESET.ā€ 🌺

You don’t become the highest version of yourself overnight.

It’s rarely one big decision that changes your life. It’s the small choices you make every single day.

The walk instead of scrolling. The nourishing meal. The deep breath before reacting. The boundary you finally held. The people you surround yourself with. The way you speak to yourself when no one else is listening.

Those moments may seem insignificant, but they’re quietly shaping the person you’re becoming.

I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t come from waiting until you’re motivated. It comes from raising your standards for how you care for yourself.

Your future self isn’t built in one extraordinary moment.

She’s built by the ordinary choices you make every day.

✨ If you’re ready to create a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside, DM me ā€œRESET.ā€

People always ask me how I’ve built the life I have today. Honestly? It wasn’t because I had a perfect plan.

It was because I learned to trust myself.

I trusted leaving a successful career in pharmaceuticals to go to professional dog training school.

I trusted starting my own business instead of working for someone else.

I trusted moving across the country with no guarantees.

I trusted saying yes to opportunities that scared me.

I trusted love.

I trusted entrepreneurship.

I trusted building businesses that didn’t exist yet.

And every single leap became evidence that I was capable of creating a life beyond what I could see.

That doesn’t mean every decision worked out exactly the way I imagined.

It means every decision taught me something, grew me, or opened a door I never would have found otherwise.

I’ve learned that the greatest investment I’ve ever made wasn’t in a business… It was in becoming someone who trusts herself enough to take the next step before she has every answer.

Because certainty rarely comes first.

Trust does.

✨ What’s one leap you took that completely changed your life?

Have you ever noticed that the louder your mind gets…

The harder it is to know what you actually want?

When we’re constantly rushing, multitasking, overthinking, or living in survival mode, our intuition gets drowned out by noise.

One of the simplest things I’ve found to reconnect with myself isn’t another podcast, productivity hack, or planner.

It’s my breath.

Every time I slow my breathing, I create space between my thoughts.

That’s where clarity lives.
That’s where better decisions come from.
That’s where I remember who I am beneath the stress.

This is a huge part of the work I do with my coaching clients.

We don’t just focus on one area of life, we look at your nervous system, your health, your relationships, your purpose, your habits, and the way each one influences your peace, your business, and your ability to create meaningful success.

Because when your inner world changes…

Everything else starts to follow.
