What it sometimes looks like when we tell you it's time for a liner, before and after pyrolyzed creosote has been removed. We don't like to be the dark cloud on chimney "maintenance" day. This one is gonna be a bear because it's offset.

When they don't know why the stove smoked back into the house....

1. It's been 3 yrs since they had me out.
2. They have narrow clearance between the baffle board and inside top of the stove.
3. There was a pile of soot and ash blocking the otherwise generally unobstructed flue, because...
4. They've been using the stove for the last three years and it all started falling down.

Do you wait until the engine knocks or seizes before getting an oil change? Probably not.

Please don't wait 3 years until there is a problem in high peak season to call for what amounts to routine maintenance that can be addressed any time in the spring and summer.

Let me start off with just how blessed we are as a family, to be able to be self employed. We have His divine provision and are completely dependant on it. This time of year we are very busy taking care of our customers; making sure their systems are safe and working, and meeting the demand in a timely manner. During the "crazy busy" months, it's so lovely to get outside in the PNW, get away from the noise, and get into His creation to unplug, rest and reset.

Customers have been receptive and generous this season. We are foregoing our usual request for online reviews in lieu of exposure and fundraising for our Cub Scout specifically and his unit in general. 70% of donations/orders stays local and 100% goes to an account specifically for those who elect to be active in fundraising...

Thank you again for trusting us to serve your home. We usually ask for Google reviews if you are pleased with your service, to share your experience so that we can also serve your family and friends... but this season we have a special request.

Instead of a review, would you consider supporting our Cub Scout's fundraising efforts? He has already earned enough to cover his membership dues for the next year and is now working toward his first Boy Scout camp experience next summer in Idaho.
