It is with a very heavy heart that we say goodbye to Brian Soles.
Brian was much more than an employee. He was a great friend, a trusted part of our team, and truly part of our family. He worked alongside us for many years, and during that time, he earned the respect of everyone who had the privilege of working with him.
Brian was an exceptional equipment operator. He was the kind of person you could count on when the job was difficult and when you needed someone who knew exactly what they were doing. His experience, hard work, and dedication were a huge part of our operation for many years.
But what we will miss most isn’t just the work Brian did — it’s Brian himself. The friendship, the conversations, the laughs, and all the years and memories we shared together. When you work beside someone for that many years, they become much more than an employee.
Brian, thank you for all the years, all the hard work, and most importantly, your friendship. There will never be another one quite like you.
You will be greatly missed by all of us, and you will never be forgotten.
Rest easy, Brian Soles.
