‼️Friday we got a call to quote someone a system where they were previously quoted 29k
They wanted a better price which we were prepared to offer them, but asked the reason they wanted a new system. 💰
Apparently the old system was rusty and inefficient due to age. With a water leak coming from the backup drain. 🚰
An agent referred us to these new homeowners 🏡 and our very FIRST step was to assess the system ourselves.
Long story short, some old pipes were cut out that were clogged, and replaced with new parts in hand on the spot❗️

💲Price tag: under 300 dollars. Parts, labor and warranty.

Sure beats $29,000.00

P.s. they system is cooling Very well for them.

Yesterday had a customer who never met nor seen me, leave to dinner out of town while leaving the door unlocked. And these people were very well off. But because of everything they heard and a quick phone conversation, they left a complete stranger with access to their beautiful home with trust to find the issues and resolve them.
What a compliment and great privilege to be allowed to do ones job conveniently.
Shout out to all of you who vouch for honesty, ethics & integrity.

😯New tenant living here 2 weeks with no AC and the owner called the installers to fix their brand new installation.
After 2 weeks of people in the backyard for hours, they decided to call Valley View Air so we showed up to check it out and start it up correctly and well, .... la lala, lala, la lala, lala la
P.s. we have no idea why this brand was chosen especially since the temperature is ONLY in °C, and this has tl be thee strangest remote we have ever seen for anything anywhere.

🤦🏻‍♂️Here is that unit that does NOT need to be replaced any time soon.
All they needed was their drain line reconnected and extended passed the roof edge to prevent further corrosion or deterioration.
$27k saved. (On a 10yr old unit)

What that money Should go towards is a new roof.
