🛜📶 Controlling a computer with your brain sounds like something straight out of a sci-fi movie, but researchers are already doing it. 🧠🤓

Brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) can translate brain activity into computer commands. In a 2026 study, a person with paralysis used an implanted BCI at home to control a cursor, communicate through text, send emails, and browse the internet. He used the system for more than 3,800 hours over nearly two years.

Researchers are also working on non-invasive versions that read brain activity without implanted electrodes, although they currently have limitations compared with implanted systems.

The future of clicking might not require a mouse at all. 🤯
