Fun to jump into another type of material from time to time. This layered plastic material requires different tooling and cutting speeds but really cuts like butter once you get things figured out. Although there is a lot of deburring and clean up...
The Eagle was made from a
"kit" that the material, glue and design were included but had to create my own machine programming. The "Garmin" adapter plate was for my brother's boat and I was luckily able to fit it into the blue piece of material.
