Shoutout to this great group of leaders in the Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools Student Support Team after their first Everyone A Leader workshop! We’ve created a customized EAL journey for this team in order to accommodate their bi-weekly meeting structure. Our 30-hour trauma-informed facilitative leadership training program is composed of 15, two-hour workshops grouped into six modules.

🧐 How is it different from other leadership training?
Interactive workshops equip you with Life Methods and Facilitative Tools that can be used wherever we show up: in organizations, teams, communities, and families - anywhere people need to think and take action together. We go beyond theory to show you the HOW-TOs of leadership at ALL LEVELS.

🕓What if I can't commit to a 30-hour program?

Last Friday, our CEO Kathleen Harnish McKune had the privilege of facilitating the KC Metro Behavioral Health Access Summit which brought together behavioral health clinicians and executives to determine next steps in our efforts to improve access to behavioral services for our community members. This effort will move forward next into implementation planning based on the information shared and next steps brainstormed by those in attendance. Thank you REACH Healthcare Foundation and Community Mental Health Fund for sponsoring this effort.

It was a great day facilitating Johnson County Executive Leadership Team's strategic thinking retreat! The day kicked off with Dan Meers (AKA KC Wolf), then we jumped into small group work, played a fun priorities game, and spent some time with succession planning.
