A few years ago, Tony and Elizabeth Reimonenq looked at a rundown 20-unit strip mall in Hattiesburg that most people would've driven past — and saw something nobody else did. 👀

They bought it. Flipped it into Greenwood Plaza, a spot built to put other hustlers from the community under one roof and give them a real shot — modeled after the original Black Wall Street in Tulsa. That move alone made them one of the few in the whole state to ever close a million-dollar deal on their own. 💰

But they wasn't done. Not even close.

Now they got their eyes on a 276-room Hilton in North Jackson — one of the biggest hotels in Mississippi, sitting on 6 acres. 🏨 It's hitting the auction block June 22, and they're going for it.

From a beat-up strip mall to the biggest hotel in the state. That's not luck. That's somebody who decided a long time ago they wasn't staying at the bottom. 🏁
