If we are going to see improvements around Baton Rouge, we need our redevelopment authority, Build Baton Rouge, to succeed on many levels. It's easy to throw shots and be critical of the organization and complain about the things that they aren't doing. It's much more of a challenge to help provide solutions for the areas that you feel the organization has let our community down. I can say that because I am one of the few if not the only person who has attended their board meetings (as often as I can) multiple times in the last year and a half or so. I've reached out to Gretchen Siemers, Rodney Braxton, and Kendra Hendricks to ask them where they need help and how we can provide them with support and solutions. It's easy to complain, throw rocks, or talk about the PROBLEMS. I'm more of a solutions-oriented kind of guy and here's a chance for anyone who is looking to impact the Baton Rouge community to step up and show some leadership... 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
