SHINER 80x100 | Framing complete

All the metal framing is done on the new building for Mower SuperStore and Trailer Authority — columns, rafters, purlins, girts, every last piece.

This is the part nobody notices once a building is finished. Get the framing square and plumb now and the sheeting goes on clean. Get it wrong and you fight it the rest of the job.

R-panel is staged and starts going on this week. That's when it finally starts looking like a building.

We recently wrapped up the structural pad and pour for a new 80x100 commercial building. For a project of this scale, the longevity of the structure depends entirely on the preparation and the quality of the engineering beneath the surface.
​To ensure maximum load capacity and eliminate long-term maintenance issues, this foundation was built to high-durability specifications:
​Subgrade & Pad Prep: Excavated and built up with up to 36 inches of compacted limestone to establish a completely stable, engineered base.
​Structural Beams: Poured with heavy-duty 36" x 24" perimeter beams to support the primary structural walls, tied into 18" x 24" interior grade beams for uniform weight distribution.
​100% Fiberglass Rebar: Utilized advanced composite rebar throughout the slab to provide high tensile strength with zero risk of internal corrosion or concrete degradation over time.
​4,000 PSI Concrete: Specified a higher-strength commercial mix designed to withstand heavy vehicle traffic and equipment loads.
​From the initial dirt work to the final power-trowel finish, our focus is always on precise ex*****on and structural integrity.

Pearland project update.

Steel frame for the 40-ft addition is up.
R-panel cladding goes on Monday.
Then the remaining solar panels.
Project wraps next Friday.

The existing array is already producing into 6 Sol-Ark 15Ks and 224 kWh of Renon storage. Once the new section ties in, the full 119kW comes online.

🌟 Big things are happening! We're wrapping up one of our largest battery storage installations yet and this system will be LIVE next week! ⚡

Taking a quick second to show you guys some behind-the-scenes on our latest Power Wall project.
​We actually decided to pivot on a few design elements mid-build. It took a little extra time, but we wanted to ensure maximum efficiency and much cleaner cable management. In my book, if it’s not perfect, it’s not finished.
​We’re officially in the home stretch now! Wiring is scheduled to be wrapped up by Friday. This setup is going to be an absolute powerhouse for the client, providing that rock-solid reliability they need when the grid just can't keep up.
​Pushing hard to get this one commissioned! ⚡️
