1. Being early to everything.
Show up 10 minutes before the call. Treat other people's time like it's worth $10,000 a minute.
2. Pure work ethic.
The market doesn't care about your excuses. Just do the work.
3. Consistent effort.
Anyone can go hard for a day. The whole game is showing up on the days you don't feel like it.
4. Strong body language.
People decide whether to trust you before you finish your first sentence. Stand up straight and say what you mean.
5. High energy.
Low energy gets you low results. Sleep, food, and training aren't self-care nonsense, they're the fuel your business runs on.
6. Growth mindset.
We were the #2 fastest-growing company in North America and I launched a clothing line off the back of it that failed badly. That failure taught me more than the growth ever did, but only because I was willing to look straight at it instead of explaining it away.
7. Genuine curiosity.
Ask better questions. Study your customers like your business depends on it, because it does. Never stop asking why.
8. Being coachable.
Your ego is not your amigo. Take the feedback and change fast.
9. Going the extra mile.
While everyone else clocks out, you solve one more problem, make one more call, read one more page.
10. Over-preparation.
Nobody ever lost a deal by being too prepared. Know your numbers.
