We are excited to welcome Page One to the Chamber! We celebrated with a ribbon cutting yesterday and wish them continued success ahead. They are located at the southeast corner of W. 6th St. and N. Dakota Ave.

DON’T: Divide your attention.
We like to think we can be present and productive at the same time—but every time you split your focus, you weaken the impact of both.
Intentional connection means being where your feet are:
* Close the laptop during a 1:1.
* Put the phone away at dinner.
* Listen without refreshing your inbox in the background.
* Take your watch off if you can't help but look down every time your wrist lights up.

We’ve been sold the idea that multitasking = productivity. But science says otherwise.

Only about 2.5% of people are “supertaskers” – able to truly do two (or more) things at once.
The rest of us? There’s no such thing as multitasking. When we are finishing up an urgent project, IMing our boss, and texting a teammate, all while on a Zoom meeting…
We aren’t multitasking, we’re task switching. And it reduces our productivity, along with the quality of our work.
