Disaster preparedness can come in many forms. Here, we think of hurricanes - elsewhere we think of wildfires. Be ready to leave at a moment's notice.

I believe it is imperative to have these top two things in order. Have important documents either scanned into your laptop including insurance information, etc. Have anything that you cannot replace all in ONE spot in one storage area so that you can grab it at a moment's notice.

Have in your vehicle snack bars and water......and have one point of contact designated that everyone can reach for updates so that you are focused on your departure and safety.

Don't forget your pet's needs as well. ABOVE ALL BE SAFE!

A lot of women clear out a closet on a Saturday, feel good about it, then open that same closet a few days later and find it filling back up.

Not with junk. Just with things that didn't have a home yet.

And the thought that comes next is always the same. Why do I even bother?

For a long time I thought that meant I was bad at this. That I didn't have the discipline.

It turned out the effort was never the problem. There were things quietly working against me that I couldn't even see until I stopped and looked at the pattern.

Five of them. And one I didn't notice until a friend pointed it out.

Car line Mammas….laminate that pick up tag or put in clear sleeve attached to skirt hanger and hang from your mirror as needed.
