📣 Your business is not made up of random moving pieces. It's an ecosystem where everything feeds off one another. Marketing, offers, systems, pricing, communication, and delivery all work together. 📣

When things slow down, instinct is to ramp up marketing. But how do you know that's what the issue is?

It could be a big indicator of internal friction (or drift as I call it):
🚫A backend that can't handle the volume smoothly, causing delays and lowering customer trust.
🚫Too many steps between "I'm interested" and "I'm buying".
🚫Messaging that attracts attention but dpesn't guide action.

This is just a few examples of how growth doesn't only come from getting more eyes. It also comes from making sure the people who are already looking know what to do next and have a smooth path to do it.
