When you treat every client like YOU are the client, magic happens. ✨ This 5x repeat client just blessed me with a gift card, candy, and a heartfelt “Merry Christmas.” Then, she turned around and paid $350 for two documents headed straight to Lithuania. 🙌🏽

This is exactly why I emphasize customer service. It’s not just about completing a task — it’s about building trust. Loan signings and apostilles do go hand in hand. Real estate transactions, powers of attorney, and life’s important moments all require attention, care, and precision. Treat people right, and they’ll keep coming back. Your business thrives on relationships, not just revenue.

• Are you a notary signing agent? Let’s talk about independent contractor agreements with signing services. • These agreements are essential to protect yourself and your business. Without them, you can’t hold companies accountable if they fail to pay on time. • Take Cloud Signings as an example: • They’re assigning jobs without formal agreements. • No agreement = No protection.Here’s the thing: back in 2020, agreements were standard. But recently, some signing services have skipped this step altogether. That needs to change. Always ensure you sign an agreement before working with any company.
