Think about it. Like seriously.
Every time you accept a low ball fee, look at the hourly wage not the number presented.
These clowns that call themselves Signing Service have no backbone, integrity or just pure common courtesy.
These suckas have y’all running around scared and afraid.
The National Notary Coalition has a new direction and that focus will not be on Signing Services they are the pawns it’s Title and the Lenders and everyone connected to them.
Why is it when you go tell mom and dad about what your signing service did or the lack thereof (ie. I did not get paid for services rendered) you get paid almost immediately. They don’t want the feds or their state commission coming for them.
Wake Up. STOP ACCEPTING these jobs. Work for yourself invest in GNW Learn Apostilles. YOU Make the calls.
