Slip repair!

We excavated down through the slip plane to find an underground spring that had depositing water into a bad layer of clay causing over saturation! We then cored through the slip plane, installed a drain tile & built the slope back up in lifts for good compaction & covering the site with what topsoil we had!

We also loaded & hauled out over 30 dump truck loads of dirt from this site around to our next for a new construction home backfill & final grade! Stay tuned for pictures of it!
