Don't forget to take a few yoga minutes today!
If you're too tired, exhausted, worn out, in pain, don't have lots of time, feel overwhelmed, or just don't know where to start without your teacher....set a timer for 10 mins and Savasana. It's Yoga, still counts😉
Plus, there actually can be large mental, emotional, and physical benefits to intentionally take the time to lay flat on the floor for 10 minutes every day.
