🐝 LOCAL BEE POLLEN IS IN THE TASTING ROOM

🐝Looking for a natural energy boost or seasonal allergy relief? Local bee pollen is a nutrient-dense superfood collected by bees from our native Georgia blooms, like maples, sourwood, and wildflowers. Because pollen varies by region, buying local helps your body adjust to the exact environment around you!

💡 How to use it:

Start small: Begin with just a pinch or 1/4 teaspoon to test your tolerance.

Build up: Gradually work your way up to 1–2 teaspoons daily.

Serve cold: Sprinkle it over yogurt, blend it into smoothies, or add it to cereal.

Saturday at the Winery

At 11.15am this morning, my first customer, Allen, a friend of the winery, stopped by for his usual 6 bottles of Peachberry and some Jolly Pecans. He said he buys the pecans for himself but his wife is the one who eats them.

He asked what I was up to and I told him I said no one is up and about till 2pm on Saturdays and that I was working on a fb post for the winery.

He rolled his eyes LOL and said and I quote,

“Now that breakfast has settled, it's a fine time for wine.”

Yep, that is today's proclamation !! That's today's post!

3.18pm…….6 wine tastings later —

And I'm still saying............
